Origins

Twenty years in the making – no shortcuts. This isn’t a disruption story. It’s a return to what worked before scale, automation, and shortcuts crept in.

studioBamboo was created to support people at moments of change – new ideas, new roles, new stages of growth. We exist to bring back what makes this industry special: people, passion and connection. 

Founders' Story

Drew entered recruitment in the innovation boom, helping shape the rise of modern consulting and scaling early teams at Bow & Arrow, Fahrenheit 212, and ?What If! Innovation. Drew is also co-founder of Bamboo Crowd — a global innovation recruiter — and Bamboo X in New York — a tech & product recruiter for founders and VCs from early stage to IPO. 

studioBamboo x Naftal Consulting

In 2026, studioBamboo joined forces with Naftal Consulting. First working together in the noughties, we reunited fifteen years later to amplify expertise, expand reach and unlock the power of a 50k+ global network.
