As a Principal Strategist, you’ll help clients unlock growth by defining what the future looks like, identifying real human needs, and turning those into tangible commercial opportunities. You’ll lead teams, shape problem-solving approaches, and work closely with clients to define growth strategies, new propositions, and business models.

You’ve developed within a strategy or innovation consultancy and bring a strong consulting toolkit. You’ll bring confidence in marketing sizing, opportunity mapping, proposition design, go-to-market thinking, and forward-looking strategy development.
