About the role

6 month contract to assess and redesign an existing service to improve efficiency, scale and customer outcomes, using data, customer insight and operational analysis to shape improvements and build a clear business case for future investment.

 

About your experience

You’ll be an experienced Service Designer who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. Your toolkit will combine user research, systems thinking and analytical skills with tools like journey mapping, service blueprinting and process analysis.
